Tags List should be sorted by Color-coordination and then by alphabetization

I'm attempting to use my tags in sort of a parent-child structure. Meaning, dark red might be Insurance, while light red is medical, dental, vision, property, and auto. Currently, the tags are sorted alphabetically and so the list is a hodgepodge of colors. It'd be useful if the tags list was clustered by color so that tags that are similar to each other are grouped together. Perhaps others use the colors differently and so this suggestion isn't applicable.
