Add Support for Multiple Sonarr / Radarr Instances

Hi,

I have multiple Sonarr / Radarr instances (one for SD / compressed to share and one for 4K HDR's and remuxes for myself).

It would be good if we could link Maintainerr to multiple instances.

I literally just Google'd for this and saw this feature request 🤝.... For now, I'll have to setup a 2nd instance of Maintainerr 😢
