Select the time you want from the file. So for instance, if your file was 10 UTC to 13 UTC, you could read in only the times between 11 UTC and 12 UTC. This would be useful for the 2DS and HVPS readers, since they have to be narrowed down to only liquid times before analysis.

If we adopt a standard time dictionary as suggested in #15 , I think this could be implemented rather easily. We'd still have to read in the whole file given that many file types would require this anyway. But then you could set time limits on the calculation steps following.
