A new version of the tool was released today that can retrieve barcodes from the catalog. However, using this feature still requires that your catalog administrator enable ISO 20775 Holdings, as noted earlier in this ticket. It is not clear to me yet whether item PIDs can be retrieved, but if your institution does enable ISO 20775 Holdings, please let me know and I can investigate further. Thank you.

Confirmed that with the new settings we can add the offending 12 MB file from both https://datacommons.princeton.edu/describe and from https://pdc-describe-staging.princeton.edu/describe - I was able to add the file via Firefox, Chrome, and Safari with no problems.

I've advised Atlas that Location value can vary amongst individual request items on a given POST containing more than a single object. They are getting back to me on that question, they may have to enhance Aeon to deal with this from sites that use Remote POSTs and Single Sign On. As a test for now we can just submit that value as a constant.

Multiple containers do work right now for CAS users. Atlas says doing this +will fix the logon woes for non-CAS folks, allow you to execute requests +for multiple containers, and will also address the other issue +https://github.com/pulibrary/pulfalight/issues/1335 related to bundling +requests for items that share the same container into a single Aeon +request.

Did some testing with some input from Atlas Support. It seems the POST works best when both the AeonForm and WebRequestForm are set to the value "EADRequest", see https://github.com/pulibrary/pulfalight/pull/1325.

If you can construct the DOM to not duplicate the parameters mentioned in the earlier comment multiple requests can work both SSO and non Aeon Users. Proof of concept in HTML in the next comment.

@JaymeeH we will eventually have more fields available to enter/edit in forms, including some of those that are currently automatic settings. We will also eventually have a way to update provenance values via interoperation with other systems. But in this preliminary phase, the editable fields are limited, as shown in #113 and #248. All we need is for this issue is for the "Project Details" page to have a place to display "Automatic Settings" and "Provenance" values (which will be set for a given project by other means).
