A KOSMOS-specific method

Read the header for the grating position (e.g. Red-Center, Blue-Low)
Does the header contain which internal lamps are on?
if so, pull templates from KOSMOS arc library for quick calibration, combine

demonstrated how to combine KOSMOS templates from single elements (Ne, Ar), and then fit arc lamp for DIS (HeNeAr combined)

This is most of what we'd want an automated function to do
