Need to not only support the update of a nuspec file, but it would be nice to keep a nuspec file in sync with assembly information. I don't really care for a nuget nuspec file, but a choco nuspec file that should be kept in line with the packaged binary.

This will get a user close to the functionality of nuget pack myprogram.csproj which checks assemblyinfo for metadata to use for the nuget package.
