We need a auto process to do following udex rule load:

We always forget to set
ACTION=="add", SUBSYSTEM=="usb-serial", DRIVER=="ftdi_sio", ATTR{latency_timer}="1"
which may make the rosserial message from spinal has wired pub interval, and will lead to following warning message:
[ WARN] [1658468194.637594277]: Rejecting message on topicId=152, length=57 with bad checksum.
