Allow single line conditional code

console.log('test'); //@when DEBUG

or skip next line if condiation match```

//@when DEBUG
console.log('test');

if already used so use when or something that is easy to write, because its hard to write @endif for each line. 

i don't know if its already possible, but i see docs and code i didn't find something like this.
