Preload config javascript with current values #3

The javascript config page currently just shows default options and lets you change them; it does not show you your current options.

Instead, the Javascript page should get the current values from the pebble and upload them to the config web page so that the options displayed in the web page actually reflect what is currently set on the Pebble.
