There a "null" while input in macOS

While I input unicode in macOS, there is an extra "null" after, like this:

Example config:

Expected behavior:
type ] when press 1
type 😀 when press 2

Current behavior:
type ]\null when press 1
type 😀 when press 2

\null is not string - it is null symbol. I can see it for example if type in vscode.
emoji typed well.

My scenario:
write special symbols independent from current language. For example I have not ] in my language layout, but I need in for use in markdown editors.
