I would suggest to the EC/SSC review archived repo, and make some of them private to cleanup public views,
for example https://github.com/jupyter/experiments only has a readme.

I would also suggest to review repos that had no activities in the last 4-6 years as well, and archive if necessary.

(I'm doing that as part of security review to see which projects do have private security reporting enabled, and other stuff).

Thanks, @Carreau! This is a great idea. Let's divvy up the work by calling on the Union of Councils to get involved? I think subprojects can audit the list of repos under their jurisdiction. Anything that falls between subprojects can be either EC or SSC's responsibility to clean up.
