[REQUEST] Add setting help text to add-on settings dialog

It would be great if you would add support for the "help" text from the new Settings format. It appears to just need a textbox with id="6" (https://github.com/xbmc/xbmc/blob/c4fb873b50ea16351f1d152c43302e94216c85c9/addons/skin.estuary/xml/DialogAddonSettings.xml#L59), but I'm not 100% on that.

In fact, I notice that the normal settings dialog does have this hint text along the bottom. If we could just get that same row in the add-on settings dialog, it'd be really nice 👍
