Add camera navigation to raymarching sample #12

In order to navigate a 3d scene, a Camera should be added.

  • support a camera for navigation
  • handle orientation from first person perspective (yaw & pitch)
  • support input callbacks for mouse and keyboards that are easy to define
  • allow mouse navigation
  • refactor input handling, see how it works with callbacks
