Not everyone wants all the sublime shortcuts applied.
It would be better if, when importing shortcuts, it allowed the user to review which shortcuts are going to be applied, what they override (of anything), and let the user deselect any they don't want.
The latest version of the Keyboard Shortcuts Manager has an import feature that shows the shortcuts and lets the user select which ones to apply.
