WebSocket connection to 'wss://elaaj.herokuapp.com/ws/chat/4/' failed: Error during WebSocket handshake: Unexpected response code: 200

Everything else is working but it seems the web socket is not openning at the backend(Heroku). Also Do i need to install herokuRedis addon on the Heroku app?
