Hi

Can wslite handle MOTM based messages (not related to file attachments but just to send and receive messages in MOTM) ?

It is can, is there any example available for reference?

Wslite doesn't have any built-in support for MOTM. It would be up to the developer to craft/interrupt the MOTM messages.
