中文：etcd 是兼具一致性和高可用性的键值数据库，可以作为保存 Kubernetes 所有集群数据的后台数据库
英文：Consistent and highly-available key value store used as Kubernetes’ backing store for all cluster data

backing store 不是后台数据库的意思吧，后台进程：Background Process。backing store的意思a device for secondary storage of data that typically has greater capacity than the primary store but is slower to access. 也就是磁盘存储的意思吧
