Create a script that automatically rebuilds the contents of the Team page

Manually doing it and maintaining is going to be a pain.

Adding to this: While I like going by my handle I'm guessing most people prefer their real names. We can fetch this from the Git history. Although sometimes some other name might be preferred. So some kind of mapping file would be nice.

Another thing to consider is that occasionally the same person uses different names and email addresses to commit. So we also need some way to combine these identities.

We can just use the GitHub API I think: The URL is
https://api.github.com/repos/k9mail/k-9/stats/contributors

It shouldn't take too much to write a noddy script to parse the JSON - it's a pretty simple format
