As described in the spec at https://spec.openapis.org/oas/v3.1.0#path-item-object and requested in #50.

This just requires extending find_path to call _resolve_ref as needed, but we are blocked on the OpenAPI json schema allowing this -- see OAI/OpenAPI-Specification#2635 (comment).
