3.2 is in development and may be released soon - it should be supported.

Figure out if there are breaking changes and what we need to do to support 3.2 alongside 3.1, as detected from the schema document's /info/version entry.

Note that the semantics for $ref in path-items may be changing from what we initially thought it would be -- OAI/OpenAPI-Specification#3860
