Some investigation needs to happen around the production of printable media from site materials, including individual page styles and a collated and comprehensive output from all material.

There may be a material for mkdocs plugin or service that provides this, or another mkdocs/ pandocs definition, theme, and process needs to be put in place (it would be preferable to produce a pdf with a docker command)
