This is to tell you that I've found this project while looking for an example implementation for a provider/consumer of "context" to communicate between components. Initially I started by reading webcomponents/community-protocols ContextAPI proposal, then have looked around the web and got your project.
I was wondering if you were aware of that webcomponents/community-protocols has something that feels close to what you're doing, and maybe you'd like to participate?
I didn't know about it. I have this project a little abandoned and there is some time since I'm not working so frequently with Web Components, but I'll try to take a look at the conversation.

You can see discussions in progress in github.com/webcomponents/community-protocols issue tracker
