I use CardBook, a Thunderbird extension to manage my contacts through network.
I have not been able to get keebird manage the authentication of CardBook, whatever keebird/keepass configuration I use.
When launching Thunderbird, I always get a dialog box asking for the password (unless I use the integrated password manager).
The same server is used for calendar with lightning without any problem.
