Example configuration: "json-files/restrict-ranges": ["error", { "versionRegex": "^[\\^\\d]" }], (start with ^ or with a digit).

Example package definition: "package-name": "git+ssh://[email protected]:username/package-name.git#semver:^1.0.0".

Actual result: error Regex does not pass (/^[\^\d]/) json-files/restrict-ranges.

Expected result: no warnings.
