Unchaught Type error on schema item save

Bug description
While creating and/or updating schema items, an error pop up on the screen.
It doesn't appear always, but most of the time. It seems to me that there is some kind of automatic check or save in each field (or maybe every time a user type on a field) and the error occurs after that trigger.

Reproduction steps

1. Go to https://app.kendra.io/schemas/list
2. Click on "Items" from one schema on the list. If you have no schema, you will have to add one.
3. Click on "Edit" of one of the item in the list. Or "Add Item" if no items are listed yet.
4. Edit the values of one or more fields. Plays around a bit, switching fields. At one point you should meet this error.

Expected behaviour
No error showing up.
