Added new helper class embed-underline which can be enabled globally via Style Settings. This adds an underline to embedded/transcluded text and is compatible with the existing embed-strict setting. You can also change the color and style of the underline in Style Settings → Embeds and transclusions.

Also fixed formatting of empty tasks in editor to use monospace like the default theme, to better align checked/unchecked checkboxes.

Adds new image grid settings to Style Settings for cropping mode. Fixes #527

Image grid crop either Crop to fit which fills the dimensions of each grid cell, or Show full image which turns off cropping and scales down the image to fit fully inside the grid cell.

Image grid background can be set to a color, which is useful if you want to retain the masonry look when cropping is turned off.
