[Strapi project once everything is set up] Standardise id naming format in examples

Description

Throughout the docs, there is a mismatch of naming for example:

• my_flow
• my-flow
• myFlow
• MyFlow

We should decide a format and update the examples to follow this:

• flows
• inputs
• tasks
• triggers
• variables

We should avoid using - and replace examples with _

Only update stuff as we find it until Strapi implementation done
