cas does not authorise osticket service

I have installed JASIG CAS plugin for osTicket and registered osticket service in CAS server as "http:///login.php" but when i am doing sign in with CAS ,the CAS server shows errror 'application not authorised to use CAS' and in CAS server logs it shows "Service Management: missing service. Service [http:///login.php?do=ext&bk=cas.client] is not found in service registry.>".

I have also registered osticket service like this "http:///login.php?do=ext&bk=cas.client" in CAS but still it is giving me missing service error.

php version-PHP 7.2.17
osticket version-v1.10.4

Sorry for the very long delay. This must have slipped by me.

Does your osTicket have the "Helpdesk URL" setting properly set? It looks like we're trying to punt you back to an invalid URL.
