I just upgraded a machine from macOS 14.6 to 14.6.1. When it booted up after the upgrade, I got a pop-up error message talking about "device slots" not being available. I know I've encountered this before, and I remember there being a relatively simple way to work around it, but I don't remember off the top of my head what it was.

DUH ... while I was typing this up on a second machine, I did another full reboot of the machine I had updated. Apparently doing a full reboot (i.e. →Restart...) was enough to resolve the issue.

Crisis averted, however it might be useful to include this in the documentation somewhere?

There are a lot of untrue recommendations and impostors, its hard to tell who is legit. If you have been scammed by fake crypto investors, lost money to scammers, I refer you to contact (WISETECHHACK@ GMAIL .COM) they will surely help you out. Took me long to find them.

I have this same issue, but after upgrading to macOS 15 Sequoia. Restarting doesn't fix it and reinstalling the application doesn't either.

My log is is 407c6f5ca4b56db253e8e11c
