chore(sil_greek_polytonic): rebuild with 18.0 compiler once it is available to fix some `nul` rules #3302

I wrote in keymanapp/keyman#13003:

I have audited the keyboards repository, and only one keyboard in the repository is impacted: sil_greek_polytonic. Once v18 is released, we should publish an updated version of that keyboard, rebuilt with the 18.0 compiler to resolve this issue.

There are no changes required to the keyboard, just a version bump, and a rebuild with the 18.0 compiler once it is available.
