Switch newsletter signup to Revue

Costs $5 dollars a month for 200 subscribers. Gives a subscribe form and a way to handle unsubscribes. Gives an interface for creating the newsletter and another mechanism to cross-post.

The custom domain feature seems to be broken. I keep getting NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID as an error.

Reaching out to Zeit.co, they explain its the receiving server. When I reach out to getrevue.co I don't get a response.

My CNAME was set up to www.revue.co. instead of www.getrevuew.co..

I made the changer, waiting to see if this addresses the custom domain issue.
