Yeah all of it; a thread should be opened on GitHub Discussions and interesting/important findings should be reported there. In general, the goal should be to:

1. Understand the various pieces of the Mastodon source code as it currently exists,
2. Make note of any obvious gaps or inconsistencies regarding its implementations of the relevant standards,
3. Review its use of dependencies to ensure that they are necessary and important, and
4. Identify places where GlitchSoc improvements were either poorly‐made or poorly‐maintained.

Issues pertaining to these things should be opened as necessary.
