Pagination behaves incorrectly

Describe the bug
Pagination doesn't do what it's supposed to.

From image 6 onwards I number with Arabic 4. That does what it's supposed to. Then I number with Uncounted from image 34 onwards. Now images 31−33 are also Uncounted, which is wrong. (Note: These are exactly the images that I clicked through in full view.) The rest is still OK.

After saving and opening, image 1 is no longer Uncounted, but "-", as are images 31−34, but the images from 35 onwards are Uncounted.

The behavior here is also a little different with each attempt. Sometimes images 1 and 5 are "-", sometimes images 31−33, but 34 is then Uncounted. It seems to be related to the mouse operation, but it's not entirely clear what's happening here.

Expected behavior
The pagination should always paginate exactly the images to paginate, not damage pagination elsewhere, and there should be no changes even after saving.
