When I try to go to the extension page I get blocked by a recommendation page

To Reproduce
Just click on extensions in the drop down menu

Smartphone (please complete the following information):

Device: pixel 7 pro
Android Version : 13
Kiwi Browser Version : Kiwi Browser 124.0.6327.4
