Currently, some are on centralized services.
Some are on ipfs but the link is toward Kleros ipsf nodes. We need to support policies, the same way we support evidence.

This needs to be added to archon's validateFileFromURI.

I will get to work on it. It's not super straight forward with how things are currently set up, will need to put some thought into the best way to architect it.
