Prices as in Pricing #3 - with 50% discount code for existing Kakadu licensees for the initial purchase.
Maintenance via subscription - credit card required for initial purchase.

Payment by invoice possible only for maintenance prepaid for 5 years (maybe to be communicated by email?).
