Should we configure the SKAdNetworkItems or not ?

Hello,

I have a doubt about the iOS configuration. At this library, on README, it does not specify to configure the SKAdNetworkItems. But, on the official library, it does specify to configure it.

The configuration step is: https://pub.dev/packages/google_mobile_ads#ios

So, what does it change?
I was reading another official documentation, and there is another values (a big array list) to add with ad networks links: https://developers.google.com/admob/ios/quick-start#update_your_infoplist
