Knative with Kourier behind nginx ingress

I would like to know if it is possible and accepted solution to run Knative with Kourier behind Nginx ingress.
Does this even work if I create an ingress that points to the Kourier service?

Nginx Ingress --> Kourier --> Knative Serving

The reason we favor this is because, we have existing experience with nginx ingress, reduced complexity with nginx customization options, limited amount of external LBs.

I haven't tried Nginzx Ingress but yes it is possible in theory.
Not Nginx Ingress, but OpenShift uses OpenShift Route (HAProxy) -> Kourier -> Knative Service.

You may need to consider some points where you applies on whether Nginx or Knative such as timeout setting, TLS termination, etc.
