  • Run on several semi-synthetic communities obtained by mixing single-strain genome sequencing data sets. Should demonstrate, better than with completely in-silico synthetic communities, improved functional predictions from SHOGUN over deep WGS due to uneven genome coverage in actual sequencing data.
