Done Condition (What do we need? Why do we need it? Keep this is small as possible!)

Consent status is being properly reported/requeued
Example sample list to be added

  • confirm with Mihir about flow (email -> requeue)
  • fix SSL error on email functionality
  • consent portal availability - migrate over (Aug/Sept?)

Technical Description (How are we going to achieve the above)

Potential Issues

Email is offline and the list of samples to requeue is not being sent to Mihir
