Done Condition (What do we need? Why do we need it? Keep this is small as possible!)

  • Collect Feedback from Niki/Curation
  • Documentation Finalized
  • Adjustments from feedback made

If a large amount of changes are needed, meet and replan cards.

Feedback from Anusha 10/1:

  • Somatic Status Info is missing. (If I remember right all target studies have matched normals) data is not available, but Anusha will double-check this with Ritika
  • Can we link readme.md to study description?
  • Change Morphology Code --> Morphology to match with other sudies
  • Normalize attributes as some of them are not in Camel case Changed TUMOR_CLASSIFICATION to camel case
  • Disease Status is only 0.3%. Is that expected? It's only available for 15 patients in ALAL, which is correct-- for other studies it has been removed
  • There are a couple of samples where there is no mutation info. Eg:TARGET_10_PALKMM. Can we confirm that? This is correct, I added a note to the README saying that some patients may be missing mutation info
  • Can we check if there is segment data? Not in the format we want
  • bll_target_gdc has Biopsy site for only one sample Removed the attribute for BLL
