Trigger timer rules at startup

When I switch on my (LibreElec) box, I would like my kodi timer rules to be triggered and the corresponding new timers to be automatically generated. On my box, this does happen, but only in about 50% of the cases. Otherwise, the timer rules are ignored and no timers appear. Is there a way to enforce triggering timer rules at startup?
