Crash in cre.cpp:getTableOfContents() #520

If you open this file in KPV:

https://github.com/downloads/tigran123/libdjvu/toc-crash.chm

and press T or Menu then the application will coredump. The crash is somewhere in getTableOfContents() function in cre.cpp. The backtrace is:

(gdb) bt
#0  0x0000000000580997 in ldomXPointer::getRect(lvRect&) const ()
Cannot access memory at address 0x100000008
