Aktualna struktura kodu ma dwie duże wady

subskrybowanie się na eventy bota odbywa się w jednym pliku
dodanie nowej komendy wymaga dokonania zmian w 2 różnych miejscach. Należy dodać ją do tablicy, która rejestruje slash komendy, oraz do obsługi zdarzenia InteractionCreate

Nowa struktura powinna co najmniej rozwiązywać te 2 problemy
