gulpfile.js未编译scss，经查看gulpfile.js是缺少了pipe。你查看下。

这是我修改后的,同时发现的另外一个问题是起脚手架的时候会有60%几率出现端
口占用的情况，我CMD查看并没有端口占用的情况。老师你那有什么好的方案提供？
