Feature

Create a Bio Card component that can be given basic bio data such as a leader's picture, their name, a bio, and their favorite activity. See the Google Form that has went out collecting this information to see what other info might need to be added to this Card Component.

Will eventually be used in conjunction with a new 'Meet the Leaders' page that will use this component for all the leaders.
