Not yet able to access mac microphone #107

Hi
Thanks for putting together the gnuradio app for mac.

I've tried it and can build designs using the companion,

However, for my mac (pro late 2013) laptop, the "audio source" block is
not accessing my microphone. The design runs, but source returns all zeros.

Is there a known fix?

Note that the audio sink part does seem to be working, but stops after about a second.
