syslog output plugin for fluentd not working #1843

The syslog output plugin for fluentd is not working and give this error:

got unrecoverable error in primary and no secondary error_class=ArgumentError error="wrong number of arguments (given 4, expected 3)"

i think it's related to ruby version, the plugin must be updated

hey @bandrea83, what is the exact fluentd image version you are using?
