Currently, we have the https://www.kubeflow.org/docs/concepts/multi-tenancy/ which is out of date.

I agree to remove, it's not correct anymore.

If we remove the Concepts / Multi-Tenancy section, I propose we redirect the pages to the Components / Central Dashboard / Profiles and Namespaces, as this is the most up-to-date information about how multi-tenancy works.

Also, we can hide the Concepts folder from the sidebar because it would then be empty.

In the future we could consider adding concepts back, but I am not sure if "cross-component concepts" even make sense, so it probably makes more sense to have a "concepts" section for each component.

I have created a PR to remove the "Concepts" / "Multi-Tenancy" section and redirect the pages as described above:
