Rethink the "Build a More Advanced ML Pipeline" guide

It seems like "Build a More Advanced ML Pipeline" (/docs/components/pipelines/how-to/build-advanced-pipeline/) is not exactly a "how-to guide", but rather an "Advanced" quickstart. Each bullet in this guide could reference its own how-to guide, while this example serves as an advanced tutorial/quickstart.
